This registration is used for the following purposes.
If you are coaching more than one sport or division, check each one. Do not register multiple times. You may also re-enter this registration from your SportsEngine profile to make changes.
If you haven't yet completed the mandatory concussion training or clearance please STOP. You will be required to upload your training and clearance certificates before you can complete registration. Training and clearance information can be found on the home page under Policies.
